RED WINES
STRAIGHT ARROW – SWEET
Grown in our vineyard the Marechal Foch is a French hybrid grape with a deep purple color. This wine has flavors of blackberry and currant.
WERTZ RUN RED – SEMI-SWEET
Made from the Chambourcin grape this wine is ideal with chocolate which highlights its notes of strawberry and cherry.
FRONTENAC – SEMI-SWEET
This hardy grape is perfect for our climate. The wine highlights notes of pomegranate on the front and finishes with spice. Great wine for your sum
CABERNET FRANC - DRY
This aromatic red wine boasts an aroma of bell pepper and recalls flavors of cherry and berry. Perfect to pain with your next spaghetti and meatball dinner.
MERLOT – DRY
Merlot is a softer dry red wine. This wine has characteristics of raspberry with tones of vanilla and mocha. Pairs with light meat dishes or roasted tomato dishes.
MALBEC – DRY
This full-bodied wine is our only import, we bring our Malbec in from Chile. This wine is done in a stainless steel tank and highlights its flavors of raisin and tobacco.
WHITE WINES
MOSCATO - SWEET
Moscato is delicious sweet wine. Moscato has aromas of ripe pear and honeysuckle. Muscat is one the oldest grapes in the world - which means it’s been a delicious choice for generations! This wine pairs great with lights flaky fish or yummy pork BBQ.
WHITE WISTERIA – SWEET
Made from the Cayuga grape and a splash of our TPR honey, this sweet white wine drinks well with others. It has flavors of lemon and aromas or earthy notes and flowers.
CAYUGA WHITE – SEMI-SWEET
This wine has a crisp and bright style with flavors of lemon, grapefruit, and tart apple. It will work well for your next ham meal!
CHARDONNAY – SEMI-DRY
Our Chardonnay is a perfect addition to your wine list. It has flavors of citrus and melons. Pairs great with salty foods!
RIESLING – DRY
This German popular varietal has a light straw color and features flavors of green apple, lime, and a hint of pineapple. A Riesling would pair great with spicy dishes such an Indian or Asian.
WHITE FEATHER – DRY
Comprised of Pinot Grigio, this wine is naturally low in acidity. White Feather will give you tastes of stonefruit and apple.
SAUVIGNON BLANC – DRY
The Sauvignon Blanc is a French grape names from the words Sauvage (wild) and Blanc (white). This wine has “green flavors” and elderflower. Try this with soft, flavorful cheese like goat cheese or feta.
FRUIT WINES
BLUE GEM – SWEET
This blueberry wine has a delicious soft blueberry flavor. This wine would be great to serve along with a creamy dessert such as a cheesecake or vanilla crème brûlée.
BLACK-BEAR-EEE – SWEET
A sweet blackberry wine made with locally harvested fruit blended with the Moscato grape. It is best served nice and cold!
SPICY GLADYZ – SPICY
This is a bit of wine mixed with a whole lot of peppers! This complex wine starts out with a strong spicy smell, then when it hits your tongue you will taste the Niagara grapes, and finally when it goes back the heat will hit you!
